This Icon Leakproof Hi brief, similarly to the Light absorbency version, is made of breathable huggable cotton topped off with a super soft HM signature waist elastic band. Its moderate leakproof gusset will protect you to the equivalent of 2 regular tampons, approx. 10mls. The integrated 4-layer pad extends up the back making it super for lying down to feed and sleep.

The integrated 4-layer protection is composed of:
- Layer one; a blend of breathable cotton which sits against the skin pulling the liquid away from your body.
- Layer two; this is the most absorbent layer and holds the liquid which would have been absorbed by its upper cotton layer.
- Layer three; This is a leakproof looped towelling that works as a barrier capturing any remaining liquid.
- Layer four; is a special leakproof barrier to keep you looking dry and leak-free.
