Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. .
DOMESTIC SHIPPNG RATES AND ESTIMATES
FOR CALCULATED SHIPPING RATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
LOCAL SHIPPING
Local shipping to Malta and Gozo addresses are shipped via MaltaPost service or any other delivery service we may choose from time to time. Shipping costs are displayed before you complete your checkout.
PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees by collecting your purchased items for free from our warehouse in Birzebbugia. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection, along with instructions.
Our warehouse pickup hours are 9am to 7pm Monday through Friday. Please bring your order confirmation email with you when you come.
FREE DELIVERY
Free deliveries are available only for select periods and are dependent on the special limited time offer conditions such as minimum order value, discount codes or seasonal offers. Such offers may expire without any prior notice.
Free deliveries are only available to addresses residing in Malta. Free delivery does not apply to Gozo addresses.
Free deliveries are made only on Wednesdays and Fridays between 0900 - 1700 and strictly to the delivery address provided before checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping worldwide. Shipping is only offered to Malta and Gozo.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via email with your name and order number, so that we can look into it.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We address requests for returns, refunds and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. We will try our best to find a satisfactory solution but reserve the right not to accept a return/refund/exchange request. For more information, please review our Returns Policy.
