Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. 

 
To request a return, start by contacting us at info@slinkyandco.comIf your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You must cover any return expenses; these are not covered by Slinky&CoItems sent back to us without following this process will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt If the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item that clearly shows the issue you are reporting. This will enable us to evaluate the issue and make it right..

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded. This includes (list is not exhaustive) personal care goods such as breast pads, etc.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

 
We cannot accept the return of items purchased on sale or with a discount code or gift cards. 

 

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following the process outlined and above, make a separate, new purchase of the item you want. We cannot guarantee the replacement of any item that you’ve purchased. 

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know whether or not a refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Keep in mind that it can take up to 30 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
